These guys were wonderful,in just two days I had a brand new beautiful new roof! Shawn the salesman gave me all the details I needed to make a decision to go with this company! I had shopped around and Gold Key had the best price and with a detailed brochure showing everything that would be done.
Gold Key roofing installed a new roof for our home. They did a great job, were responsive, and easy to work with. They were quick to address any final punch list items to ensure that we were satisfied with the roof installation.
We were drawn to Gold key from their advertisements on Spectrum News 13 so when it was time to replace our 19 year old roof. I did reach out to other companies as well but at the end we went with Gold Key. Tyler responded to my request for estimate, he came over and explained the process and values of Gold Key and even told me of his experience of doing the labor when he started and that was refreshing to know that he was not just there to talk the talk but he also has done the hard work. He went to the roof and thanked us for calling Gold Key. He got back to us a couple days alter with an estimate and I let him know I was still meeting with other roofers but will get back. We decided to go with Gold Key. With the estimate we had some upgrade options, we added gutters and attic insulation and a few others. After a few weeks the work started. During this time Tyler was in contact with us as well as others from the office, Shawn,Jessica, Kerri, Joe and Carson oh and we will say Roofus too. They reached out to confirm the selection of color and upgrades. All in all we were very happy with the communication. Now the work started, We had a dumpster in our driveway but they made sure all was good and not damaging anything. We were lucky with no rain delays so the work started on a Tuesday and they were done by Thursday and dumpster was gone by Friday. They cleaned up in a great way. I think I might have found a scrap or two but it's like they were never here. The insulation was done on day 2 and took the morning hours and they were done, added a couple photos. I am also adding some photos of some wood they replaced due to rotting. Tyler spoke about this, if they notice the wood is damaged they will replace it and not just cover it up. We had a few spots and they took care of them all. Gutters happed a week later but done in a few hours. Again we were very happy. Gold Key we think was the best company to do such a big job and do it well and detailed. We never felt odd or out of the loop. We recommend them 100% GOAT! THANK YOU GOLD KEY ROOFING!
I recommend Gold Key Roofing after they reroofed my house. They were able to provide solutions to my needs, such as improving the pitch on an almost-flat section of the roof to improve rain runoff, that other roofers didn’t offer or even suggest. Ashley (sales/project management) and Joe (quality control) were great to work with. They addressed any concerns that I had and Joe went the extra mile (or steps up the ladder, as the case would be) to ensure that I was satisfied with the completed work. The replacement of our roof with Gold Key Roofing was professional and satisfactory in every respect. The entire team was engaged and available to answer questions as needed throughout the process. Having a dedicated Quality Control Expert on staff to follow through with us until final completion and satisfaction was extremely valuable. Their subcontractors were equally professional.
