New patient. Extremely professional office and staff. Dr Ko was on time, attentive to my issue and gave me a clear and concise path to follow. Outstanding.
As a new patient I found Dr. SooHoo was super nice and also attentive to my skin cancer concerns. I had a very positive experience. The office staff and nurses were very polite and great as well.
Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend and am shocked at the five stars. I took my teenage daughter to see Dr. Clark, and then ended up seeing 3 other doctors at the same clinic when Dr. Clark left without telling us. Every doctor had a different approach with my daughter. One doctor increased her meds to a very high dosage and the next doctor couldn't understand why and lowered her way down after a month. I did feel like Dr. Soohoo was good at what she does, empathetic, and actually listened showed she cared. I found Dr. Clark to be extremely impersonal and unprofessional. She actually opened someone else's file and starting talking to my daughter about the wrong meds. It took awhile before we were able to clear up that she wasn't even giving the right advice or asking the right questions due to her looking at the wrong patient in her files. We were charged $100 missed appointment fee because they scheduled an in person visit instead of our normal virtual visit. They keep saying they will refund but haven't yet. I message and text regularly and rarely get responses. This has been a horrible experience over the last year and am happy we no longer need to see a doctor here. If we need someone in the future, it will not be at this clinic.
I went in for a skin checkup - and this is the first time I got an actual full body check. Dr. Soohoo is a real dermatologist, not just someone selling beauty products. Very professional, polite and caring. Made me feel comfortable. I feel I got a thorough checkup and an action plan. Highly recommend.
Wonderful team made scheduling easy. Dr. Soohoo was warm, highly knowledgeable and fantastic with my son. Highly recommend her and her wonderful staff! Thank you!
