Best indoor spot anywhere. Software was used by Tiger Woods during his rehab.Different surfaces to hit from instead of the basic plywood surfaces at the other indoor places. Also some food options plus beet of course.Pleasant and friendly staff.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve visited a few times now, and each time has been consistently enjoyable. The staff are helpful and accommodating, the facilities are well maintained, and the simulators are top notch.
Overall pretty good and I would come again. I like the sims, the one issue I had was with putting, slow putts don't really read very well unless you step back as soon as you hit so you aren't standing over the ball and blocking the ball tracker. The rest of the sim was pretty accurate and easy to use and it was a nice environment to play in
Been going to the “MAX” since they opened in Ottawa. Now, every year seems to be an improvement. From their new mats, this year, (more like turf), high resolution projectors, new software, high speed cameras and sensors, and each simulator has dimmable pot lights. An observation; when looking at the camera review after a stroke, you can actually see the club head - turf interaction, similar to a sweeping motion or divots. Not like many simulators in Ottawa, these are easy to input with a few keystrokes on its touch screen and you’re on your way. And doesn’t matter if you are right or left handed as this is input during the setup. All this makes for a great round or practice. Staff are great, they know the machines. Food selection is not bad either.
Have used a number of other simulators in the city, and this is by far my favourite. Great vibe and equipped with the latest tech. Super friendly and helpful staff!
