Our first time home-buying experience was excellent, thanks to Tom and his team. For a process with so many unknowns, Tom was always there when it mattered most to lend his guidance and expertise. Every step of the way, from viewing houses to making a bid to closing the purchase, Tom and his team gave us the space and information we needed to make our own decisions, without being pushy. Whenever a new variable would enter the equation (conditions, seller requests, etc), he helped us consider the options and make a decision with confidence, and did so in a timely way. Thanks to Tom and his team, we have the house we want now, and couldn't be more thrilled!
As a first time home buyer it was great to work with someone as experienced as Tom. He was able to answer all our questions and made what could have been a very stressful process easier to navigate. Our entire search was during the pandemic so we weren't able to go to any open houses but Tom met us all masked up at every single house we wanted to look at. He also has that go-getter personality you want in a realtor which got us the house we wanted without having to go through any sort of bidding war. In short, Tom will get you the house you want on the terms you want and you can text him all your fears along the way. We are thrilled to be in our new home and it is all thanks to Tom and his great team!

I very rarely post any type of review on line, but felt the need to echo the sentiment that TOM IS THE MAN! Our family worked with Tom on two different transactions this past year. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing he was for us. In all dealings, we found Tom professional, highly knowledgeable and a great advocate. Most recently, Tom helped us purchase a home in the Sacramento suburbs, and it came to a ferocious bidding war. Tom was amazing and came up with a creative solution to get us our dream home. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to any buyer or seller. He is truly the best of the best, and I look forward to working with him again in the future (should we need to)!
