Very satisfied and pleased with Gonzalez Home Repairs. They worked on my kitchen (drywall, insulation, subfloor and framing repair, painting, and vinyl plank installation). Before the work began, the company provided me with a detailed and thorough estimate, which I appreciated. The work they did was top-quality. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can tell that they take pride in the work they do. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I would not hesitate to contact them again f I need home repairs in the future.
I had an incredible experience working with Freddie Gonzalez and his team at Gonzalez Home Repairs. They installed new ceilings and insulation throughout my entire house, added new crown molding, and painted the whole interior. Freddie provided a detailed, itemized quote up front so I knew exactly what was included and how much everything would cost—no surprises. His crew was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in every way. They even did extra touch-ups on my deck paint and repaired some drywall—without being asked and completely free of charge. The quality of their work is excellent, and they truly take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend Freddie and Gonzalez Home Repairs highly enough!
Over the summer of 2024, we hired Gonzalez Home Repair to renovate our 1979 ranch-style home. Their team tackled our project list with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. We received a detailed quote so we knew what we were getting into from the start. When unexpected things arose, like a water issue found after removing the carpet, we were contacted and given a price for the additional work explaining why it had to be done before it was started. They removed the original carpet, padding, and carpet tack from the whole house. Then, they installed luxury vinyl planks, quarter-round and painted baseboards and chair rails. Gonzalez Home Repair addressed other issues including: - Fixed and repainted back deck steps, railings, and deck floor - Repaired flashing on the exterior chimney - Waterproofed crawlspace entry - Repainted living room ceiling - Removed original bi-fold closet doors and replaced them with solid wood bypass doors - Enhanced subflooring in the kitchen, and installed flooring transitions between rooms The team also helped us move furniture and treated our house and possessions with care. Everyone showed up on time every day. If we had any questions all we had to do was call them and someone would promptly return our call. We never felt like we had to chase anyone down. Post-renovation, the team returned to address minor issues, proving their commitment to customer satisfaction. Gonzalez Home Repair is an efficient and turn-key contractor company in the Raleigh area. Look no further if you’re looking for a team delivering high-quality results with a personal touch. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our renovation and would recommend them to anyone. Five stars all the way!
I have had an amazing experience with Gonzalez Home Repair! Freddie and the team installed BEAUTIFUL flooring in my new salon. They were very accommodating and picked up supplies from Lowe’s for me.
