Had a great experience here! Staff and workers are so kind and accommodating. Got my car all fixed up at not a ridiculous cost. Had to replace all my belts unfortunately (and driving a 96 means I have 3), but they had all the parts and got it done super quick! No more squealy car! Getting to use their vehicle for the day was also such a convenience. Thank you jack (if you see this) for referring me and being so kind!:) Thank you Good News Auto! Will for sure be back!
An honest mechanic shop for your vehicle needs. It's hard to find places that aren't trying to steal money out of your wallet and this place will actually give you proper service. Loaner cars are very nice when your own vehicle is in the shop being repaired. All people I encountered were very pleasant and took the time to patiently explain all problems my vehicle had and what the solutions and cost would be for repair. Very good place to take your vehicle

Chris Ferland and his crew are the definition of integrity in auto repair. They’re polite, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—and they treat every customer with genuine respect, including those of us living with disabilities. They take time to explain what’s wrong, what needs fixing, and what can wait, without ever talking down to you or pushing unnecessary work. My car’s an aging lemon that’s seen more shop time than I’d like to admit. But whether it’s tire changes, exhaust and muffler repairs, brakes, shocks, hood latches, A/C work, or engine service, they handle each job with skill and a smile. They make the process feel human—something rare in the auto world. One thing that truly stands out is their assistance program for low-income customers. That’s not just good business; that’s heart.
