The reason I went to that Goodwill, because I thought that I would have found good quality items as far as a clothing, shoes, purses, and jewelry, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everything Was junk. The only thing I found that was worth was a Brighton bracelet. Oh, and they sold non precious metal jewelry as silver and gold. People who don’t know how to test silver and gold with a simple magnet test will be fooled. I also noticed that the staff had hand selected and kept the precious metal dainty jewelry for themselves. They had it inside of their name tag badges. Nothing good to find. Very disappointed for being a Goodwill that’s located in a very high class and rich area. It look like a Goodwill that was located in a very poor neighborhood.
Can they make this place anymore UN-FUN to shop in? Now they have no dressing rooms for trying on clothes. All the donations that come in are culled and anything of quality gets sent to away to be sold online. Which is 10 times the work to get a couple dollars more than what they may sell it for in the store. When Ann Taylor Loft is considered high end boutique and priced as such, you know you're screwed. This place is just littered with plastic dollar store crap, broken crap, and priced like you're shopping at Macy's. Photo posted proof of the tragic state of what they offer for sale. So sad.
What happened to the fitting rooms? How are customers supposed to try on clothes? Honestly, it is quite embarrassing to have to try on pants in front of a mirror with people walking by. In addition to being uncomfortable, it is inconvenient because it blocks the hallway, and sometimes even the employees get upset because customers are taking up that space. I believe this decision directly affects sales, since there are items—such as dresses or blouses—that require removing the clothes you are wearing in order to try them on, which is simply not possible under these conditions. In my most recent experience, out of ten items I selected, I was only able to purchase three because I could not properly try them on. I hope you will reconsider this decision and bring back the fitting rooms, as they are a fundamental part of the shopping experience.
Great customer service & great selections. The bathroom is messy, but I mean, what do you expect? They are shorthanded, but they’re doing a great job.
It's a good store you can find decent items if you look hard enough. Most of the customers in the store are friendly. Although I'm not a fan of when they bring new merchandise out. Some people try to grab everything inside the bin especially the shoe's. One lady had only shoe's in her basket. I found the mate to one shoe she had in her basket. She charge me a fee for the mate to the other shoe. Basically a good thrift store it's like the lottery hit or miss
