I've been a member at GoYoga for over a year and a half and can confidently say I've loved 99% of my experiences here. Grandview is my "home" studio, but I've taken classes at every studio and love each location for different reasons. They're all extremely welcoming spaces and, as a bonus, most are in areas where you can walk to get coffee or food with friends after. Each studio is equipped with all the props you could need and even has mats to borrow while you're testing it out or in case you forget yours. The instructors I've encountered have all been fantastic and do a great job of offering modifications to make poses more approachable for beginners and more challenging for more advanced folks. A few instructors have even gone above and beyond, offering me suggestions for modifying poses for an injury I was working around for a while. The class types and times offered are plentiful. I very rarely have days where I am in town and can't make any classes fit my schedule. When it happens, it's usually because my schedule is unreasonably packed. Saturdays are the only days without a large spread of class times. The scheduling app is pretty straightforward to learn and filter. I get overheated easily, so I also appreciate that it very clearly states which classes are heated. Each class also lists how many people fit in the room and how many people have signed up, so you have an idea of how early you should get there to avoid scrambling for a spot. My only complaint is that it's frustratingly difficult to put your membership on hold, for fun or for necessity. Requiring 14 day notice before the next billing cycle and requiring it be paused for the full billing cycle isn't the easiest to work with. The employee I talked to was kind and apologetic, but ultimately said the system didn't allow her to make any exceptions for any reason. I understand that policies are policies, but I think this particular policy could use some edits to be more accessible and friendly for members. My gym, for example, did require a doctor's note but then paused my account immediately, said I could just reactivate it whenever I came in next, and even mailed me a get well soon card.
I absolutely love this yoga studio tucked right in the heart of Grandview! It’s welcoming, down-to-earth, and has something for everyone—from sweaty, high-energy power flows to deeply relaxing restorative classes. Every instructor I’ve taken class with has been fantastic, and the membership is super reasonable (plus it gets you access to all ten Go Yoga locations—yes, please!). So happy to be part of such a kind and supportive community.
I love GoYoga! All of the instructors lead terrific classes and are friendly. There are studios dotted across Columbus and the suburbs which make going to class convenient. The online signup process is easy. Most of the studios have easy and available parking.
I love GoYoga! The variety of classes and multiple locations means there's something for everyone. From guided meditations and deep stretch to power classes. There are so many amazing teachers too! A few to recognize are Debbie Shields, Cheryl H and Olivia Hall. For days that are really busy and I can't get to the studio, there are often live stream classes that I can do. There are also some amazing workshops. It can be challenging to find a really great studio and I'm thankful that I found one!
GoYoga has been a big part of my life for many years. When I first started practicing at Go, that is when I really fell in love with yoga and started recognizing all of its benefits. I love how there are so many different locations and different types of classes available. They are all welcoming and have their own sense of community. I have learned SO much from all the instructors I have taken classes from over the years. I love teaching and practicing at GoYoga, and cannot recommend them enough!
