From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell you’re in good hands. The staff is welcoming, organized, and truly. The entire office runs efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I came in with a toothache and was blown away by how quickly they were able to get me scheduled. Even more impressive, they were able to diagnose the issue and accommodate an entire root canal the very same day. That level of responsiveness is rare. I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Blanchard was excellent, thorough, calm, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier. If you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, compassionate, and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry.
This place is amazing. All of the staff treat you with such kindness, respect and dignity. I was referred by a co- worker, and it was truly the best decision. They have a very inviting space, and offered me water, coffee, blankets, etc. They do a great job explaining everything you need to get done. The dentist was Dr Blanchard, and he truly knows how to talk to people like real human beings. He made the whole experience feel comforting and entertaining. Lol They have a life-long client with me.
This was my first time at Grand Family Dentistry, and I had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and they really took their time to make sure I was okay. They did a wonderful job, and I’ve officially found my new dentist. I highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry!
Entire staff is great. Always kind & polite. Dr. Greg May is fantastic!! He’s been doing this for over 30 yrs so no need to ask questions. He explains everything & I trust his work entirely. Wonderful bedside manners which makes your visits even more relaxed & stress free.
