Excellent service and repair work! We brought my daughter’s French horn in and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes while we waited. Thanks to Luke for taking care of it!
We came in to fix a problem with my clarinet and it took less the 10 minutes and was free of charge. I would come back if ever needed.
Luke is awesome! I believe my son somehow attempted to put his trumpet in a meat grinder because it was so heavily damaged (braces/joints, valve casings broken/damaged and several dents). I couldn't get my teenaged son to tell me anything on how it happened. Luke was able to pull more information out of my boy (wife and I are very appreciative of the talk he had with our son - we will definitely be telling other parents this is the place to go). Luke was able to repair/straighten/align the damaged valve casing and cleaned/oiled everything it plays like new. This was something I really didn't think was going to be able achievable. I really should have took before and after pictures because the repairs are great. Very reasonably priced especially for all the work that was done.
Came in to see if they could restring a violin for me and the man wearing a blazer and tie was completely rude to my mom as she was just asking where the music stands were and he responded with “ just trying to help another customer” & seemed annoyed that we stopped him to ask. then got upset because my daughter touched one key on a display keyboard. We will not be going back. We’ll take our business to meeker music from now on. His attitude was definitely uncalled for.
Jerry in the repair department is AMAZING!! The lead on my sons trumpet got SOOO bent during a clinic last weekend while marching. I called to meeker that day and they quoted me it would be a 2-3 week wait. We had rented my sons trumpet from Graner before he found one to buy. This along with other band parents telling me to go to Graner and I drove the far drive to Graner hoping the fix wasn't going to be a long wait or a arm and a leg to fix!! I stopped in today and Jerry was so helpful, he knew it was a bad bend on the lead (pictured in the photo taken outside) He said he would see what he could do and came back not even 5 minutes later and had it all fixed!! (Pictured with the blue hue of light) I was so happy, he said it was good to go and he tested it to make sure the soderized part was still holding. I asked him how much it would be and he said "you're good" I was so happy I told him I could just kiss him!! He preferred a Google review, so here I am!! Don't go anywhere else, Graner has the best people, they have always been friendly and helpful and even when my son was renting from them, their turn around time is awesome!!
