This has been my Frenchie's primary vet clinic for several years now, and over that time we've probably been to see every vet that is on staff there and they are all so lovely. They really care about the animals that they serve there and you can tell. Special shout out to Dr. Rose. She's amazing with my senior pooch, almost like she loves him as much as I do.

We took our sweet boy in today for a first time visit after reading the great reviews. He was feeling under the weather and kept us up all night with a cough. The reviews don't lie, we felt cared for at every turn. The administration booked us in efficiently and, unlike vet clinics we've dealt with in the past, weren't pushy or impatient at all. The facilities were clean and extremely put together. The price absolutely reflects the quality of service. We didn't once feel like we were backed into anything we wouldn't need. Dr. Celena Wu made us feel comfortable and confident from beginning to end. She was gentle, calm, caring, personable, and incredibly thorough. She was well-spoken and gave us all of the information we would need from the examination. She went above and beyond our expectations and we are really happy with our visit, and the clinic. We will be back for a check-up after the round of prescribed meds, and can rest easy knowing we have a great, trustworthy clinic in our neighbourhood. Thanks for all of your great work! Edit: I've unfortunately had to visit here more times than I'd like in the past few months so I've dealt with much of the staff (3 different vets) and I'm continuously blown away by everyone's care, compassion, clarity, and communication. I genuinely can't say enough good things about this pet clinic :) we feel so much safer with Granville Island Vet Hospital as Benji's vets!

Today was the hardest day of my life. I said goodbye to my senior pup Mabel. I can’t say enough about the staff and entire team. From the moment I called they were kind and helpful.
