Wonderful Ottawa City tour. calm, clean, Alexi our guide was out of this world. Very old city with very modern vibes. I am glad I visited again after 23 years.

The kiosk staff greeted us kindly, and the tour was a blast. In addition, I want to give positive feedback to the GrayLine guide who was with us on the 4 pm GrayLine bus on the 16th of May. Unfortunately, we did not quite catch his name, but I have attached photos that we took with him below as a reference: It was our first time in Ottawa so the city was new to us. His enthusiastic tour for that one and half hour not only gave us valuable historical knowledge about this beautiful city but also kept us fully engaged in a fun way throughout. The information delivered was done so clearly through the bilingual structure, and every stop's background was indicated on point. It is often a lot for tourists to remember when it comes to attending a tour guide but being able to still remember things clearly the next day means that they were excellently delivered in the first place. The one thing that I wanted to comment on the most, is his ability to be considerate of the surroundings while doing the tour. As a walk guide myself at the Royal Ontario Museum, I understand the challenge of being cautious of your surroundings while managing a huge group of tourists. He was able to patiently wait for the tourists to get on the bus, and greet each one of them with a passionate “ BONJOUR!” Even during his little break in between where he could take a small break to soothe his throat abit, he sat down and talked with us instead of taking that five minutes completely off. This not only made all the tourists feel welcomed on the bus, but we also felt the warmth of the Gray Line Bus slogan “ Find a reason to go”. If there is a chance, I wholeheartedly wish that these comments could be passed along to him. I left in a rush so these were unfortunately not delivered to him on the spot. He made our experience awesome and we wish to thank him with all of our heart.

What a fantastic way to see and learn about your great city. We could not have wanted for a better tour guide. Tito (hope I got his name right) has the skill (like Andre Reiu ) to mix language while being so informative and keeping all our interest. The open top experience just added to the tour. We went non stop round, then used the bus to visit the points of interest we had learnt about . Good value for money , and regular stops work well for visiting.Thank you so so much.

A great way to tour a little bit of Ottawa at such a reasonable price. Wish it ran longer hours! The tour guides are clear with their descriptions, with a touch of their own personality, humour and performance. There’s a schedule for hop on hop off times at each stop, which made it easy to plan your day. What a great experience we had!
