If I could give negative stars I would. Tony or Anthony waited at a gas station for 45 minutes across the street from the collision center we were waiting at, and than told his supervisor on the phone that the car was not ready. He than told my husband that AAA couldn't cover the tow (we requested the tow through AAA) and that we would have to pay him $200 out of pocket. We declined the tow due to this absolute shady and lazy business. Please use other businesses in San jose!
To Great America Towing Redwood City, PLEASE CLARIFY TO YOUR CUTOMER THAT YOU HAVE A 2 HOUR MINIMUM SERVICE INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU CHARGE $190 AN HOUR. IT MAKES YOUR CUSTOMER CONFUSE. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS SAY YOU CHARGE $390.00 UPFRONT TO AVOID CONFUSION. TALKED TO FEW PEOPLE FROM YOUR COMPANY AAND SAID $195.00 WILL BE CHARGED AS LONG AS THE JOB IS DONE THAT IS WHY WE WENT WITH YOUR SERVICE!!! KINDA SOUND FISHY FOR NOT LETTING YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW UPFRONT THAT YOU WILL CHARGE $390.00 REGARDLESS IF THE JOB IS DONE WITHIN AN HOUR OR LESS!!!!!!
Car number 1390 almost ran me and my dog over on the pedestrian sidewalk as you were in a hurry for a job and block outgoing traffic from Los Esteros at 8:30 pm on Sunday night on 11/16/2025.. parking in a red zone after running over a pedestrian on a sidewalk and a dog legally and you scream I live on the east side . What does that mean ? I live on this street and park legally and not in red zones and don’t run over dogs or pedestrians. Car 1390 at 8:30 pm Sunday night 11/16/2025. Told no bosses and anarchy until Monday . You have drivers that are disrespectful to walkers and traffic laws . I have it all on video . Your company needs to employ safe people
Management and Staff were very helpful and nice to work with when my stolen truck was recovered and stored at their yard. They were happy to help me get the truck so it could be towed home. Very professional and nice. Thank you for helping me.
First time I use the services of Great America towing and can't be happier with their professional response, the driver was amazing and super helpful, got my car towed to my house and did a wonderful job. Very impressed with the responsive and great service. They were sent by by AAA membership and am really happy with them.
