My dog was BIT by another dog here and needed stitches. They refused to provide information so we could seek damages from the owner of the dog who BIT my dog. They called it a "correction" when my dog "played too rough" but that is not a correction. It's a bit that required urgent care and stitches. Honestly so disgusted with the way the handled the whole situation and the lack of professionalism or empathy. If you value your pup or, like I do, consider them family, please stay away from this horrible and unsafe place. Edit to address response: They stated Ranger was "harassing" other dogs but if that were true he should have been removed from play. Also, nothing will excuse a dog being bitten to the point if needing multiple stitches. I wasn't even called when it happened. My deployed husband received a text and that was it. To this day they still have not provided any evidence or video or my dog playing too rough or of him being bitten. The building is on the market and will be a complete teardown due to mold and the roof falling in and the business is no longer BBB accredited and has been reported to the BBB. Yes I did pick him up a few hours later as 1) the injury was not promptly reported by the facility, 2) I had to call them because they DID NOT NOTIFY ME, 3) I do not work close by even though I live nearby and 4) I was working a 12 hour shift in the ICU for a patient who ultimately passed away. Not being able to leave immediately to care for him is why he goes to daycare. As I imagine is the case for most pet parents who send their pups to daycare. The dog that bit my dog is still attending that daycare in open play. If you love your pet please do not send them here.

Wish I knew earlier about this facility. Staff personnel are Great. The care the staff provides leaves us with confidence while our loved one are in Doggie Day Care hands. Thanks.

I highly recommend this daycare/ boarding facility. I was very nervous taking my puppy, Benson, here as they are high volume and im very protective of my puppy. He came home everyday tired and so happy which has been amazing. I was still nervous until when i was picking him up today (01/22/26) and the girl working the room he was in grabbed him to give him hugs and kisses before she let him out of the room to go home. It really warmed my heart seeing someone who has never met me love my puppy so much. On top of this interaction the stuff actually remembers my puppy and will call him by name when i bring him for drop off after only going for a few days. Thank you to the staff for running such an amazing facility. I will never take my dog anywhere else for daycare/boarding.

Starting off we were excited to go here because of the space, but since starting they doubled their prices. We also had a friend who took them here and both her dogs got kennel cough and after notifying the place they did nothing and didn’t make anyone aware. We took our puppy on Monday and now she has kennel cough. Super disappointed in the staff and not taking this seriously.
