I’ve driven past this place for years and finally decided to try it today, I’m glad I did! I stopped into the office first and the staff were super friendly. I ended up getting a car wash card; they sometimes have great promotions where you get extra value added to the card, which is a fantastic deal. For the self-serve, they have 7 stalls, though only about 4 were working when I went, so be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times. However, the quality is worth it. They have a foam gun that produces soap so thick it looks like meringue! Best of all, the stall are actually heated, which makes a huge difference compared to other places that just use cold stall. Great pressure and a great clean!

this is the worst car wash ever first off of all these machines dont wash properly. thts ok its a machine . but at mcknight location there were 2 guys at location they were so freaking rude, they said its so cold outside automatic wash is closed i said then compensate me for all 4 days , they said u can use self service wash ,i said if i have membership then why would i have to wash . he said ok if u wanna cancel ur membership u can , i said do it right now. everyday same shit. bought wash 30 days whr u can wash only for 10/15 days , sometime heaters r not working somtime its too cold . wat a BS customer service. Temp was -6 only .

I signed up for the Great White Unlimited monthly membership thinking it would be a great value, but it hasn’t lived up to expectations. When I had my Jeep, I noticed the wash left several spots untouched—dirty mirrors, back window, front grill—and the car never came out fully clean. I figured it might be due to the vehicle size, but now that I have a smaller hatchback SUV, the same issues continue. There are still visible bristle marks on the car, mirrors and windows stay dirty, and even after going through the wash a second time, those areas remain untouched. On top of that, soap is often still on the car when I exit, and water continues to drip even though there’s a dryer at the end. For something that’s supposed to be convenient and efficient, it falls short. Once my monthly pass is done, I’ll definitely be canceling. Disappointing experience overall. Edited - to also add to this experience with Great White, when I called to cancel my membership, I had to pay a cancellation fee that they apparently started a few weeks prior. This was never discussed or updated. So because of this, changing my review from 2 stars to 1.

Thank goodness I didn't sign up. I paid for the $23.99 package. It was not worth it at all. My car is still very dirty. It looks like my car was washed with a squirt gun. For 1/2 the price I get a waaay better wash at Co-op. I do not recommend at all.

I had a terrible experience at this self car wash. The ground in the bay was full of mud. I asked the worker there to clean it, and he told me, “It’s busy now — when it gets slow, we’ll clean it.” I said I would clean it myself, and he replied, “Up to you.” So I had to spend my own money just to clean the bay before washing my car. My shoes got covered in mud, and even after washing, my tires came out muddy again. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I believe low reviews from other people’s are deserved
