I have seeing Dr. nick (Doc) for probably close to 5 years. Him and his staff are so amazing whether your just in the area a walk in or call and make an appointment, they are always there for you! They have seen just about my whole family and have all of us from sports injuries, car accidents and more! We have had dry needling, and massages also done here! It’s a one stop shop 😉 So if you are looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about his patients give him a call. And when you get the chance to meet Miss Casey at the front desk you will love her too! Idk how she remembers so much about each patient but she always makes you feel important!

Some pros: The staff/assistants were very nice. Always greeted with a smile. They also were pretty flexible on the times I came in. They were able to adjust times day-of which was nice. Cons: Very pushy sales pitch kind of place. You will walk in for one issue and get told you should purchase a $5,000 treatment plan that lasts 8+ weeks, 3x a week. The doctors never listened to my issues, they give the same treatment to every single patient. You lay on the roller bed. You get your neck cracked. You vibrate for 10 min. You might go on the back stretcher machine that only made things worse if anything. Then you leave. Nothing about the treatment will change at all no matter how much you tell them things aren't getting better. If they arent better... you know what you need? Another treatment plan! Sike... I left there when I could, and it was awkward having to deny all of the pushed offered plans. Went here in 2023.

This place is a scam. My wife scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hekler for a simple adjustment. It turned into a pushy spiel for a treatment plan. They charged us almost $300 for x-rays, then afterward told her they would only do an adjustment during a follow-up appointment. Then, they double-billed our insurance. They have ignored our numerous voicemails and emails. Unprofessional and dishonest. We are being charged almost $500 for attending a sales pitch.

My wife and I are enjoying and excited to be here on the Evo machine after having great work done by the chiropract team. Definitely worth your health to maintain and adjust to becoming a better version of you. And this is one of the places to go!! Great and friendly service that I would recommend anyone to go to!!

My regular chiropractor was closed and I needed to see someone for a popped rib. I called and they said they could see me that day for an adjustment, so I went in and it was incredibly shady. The doctor told me he could "cure diabetes" and that I needed x-rays despite me explaining I knew exactly what was wrong (as this is a reoccurring problem). He insisted I needed x-rays and didn't tell me that it would be $308 and that I'd need to come in the next day to have them reviewed and that I wouldn't be adjusted that day. I went back in and went over the x-rays and the doctor kept saying my problems where along my whole spine and that I'd need to do a 12 week program and come in 3 times a week at $106 per visit. I said no thanks and then they took me to a room and I got the adjustment from a different doctor who didn't even listen to me, and ultimately didn't alleviate any pain. Then they had me stand on this machine (see pic) that vibrated my whole body for 10 minutes which also did nothing but annoy me. Shelby Chiropractic is so much better and only $40 a visit out of pocket.
