I've been here twice ordered the same burrito both times, the 1st time my burrito was 99% eggs with a patch of green Chile and meat? I came back again still 99% egg green chili with a speck of meat. For almost 15 dollars, this is not worth it and won't be coming back again, overpriced with no meat in sight. Decided to open up my burrito just to make sure I wasn't crazy, as you can see the meat is minimal and that's being generous.
A hidden gem family owned restaurant! Counter service style with a smaller dining room area and a nice patio area. I had a late lunch and tried the Green Chile Double Smash Burger. I chose the mild green Chile and it had a little kick to it, that's all I need. I went with the rice and beans for a side, you could also do chips and salsa or fries. The burger was very fresh and piping hot. The bun was nicely toasted and the flavors blended perfectly well together. Make sure to stop in and check out their entire menu, well worth it!
Stopped in for lunch at Green Chile Love and the portions did not disappoint! I had a HUGE green chile burrito (definitely big enough for leftovers) and my mom enjoyed a tasty chicken taco. We just found out you can order a small burrito too—next time! Great flavors, friendly spot, and we’ll definitely be back.
Green Chili Love – A Cozy Gem for True Chili Fans After moving away from New Mexico, I've been on a constant quest to find a place that can truly satisfy my cravings for authentic green chili. Green Chili Love not only hit the mark—it brought me back home. The atmosphere here is open, welcoming, and has a cozy, homey charm that instantly puts you at ease. Whether you're dining solo, with kids, or meeting up with friends, it feels like the kind of place where you're treated like family. We ordered the kids' bean, cheese, and rase burritos (a hit with the little ones), the vegetarian burrito with extra hot green chili, and a chicken taco salad. The food was solid all around—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. As a vegetarian, it was a relief and delight to find out their beans are lard-free, and the option to add chopped fresh roasted green chili was a real bonus. The highlight of the meal? When I mentioned to the owner that the chili wasn’t quite as spicy as I expected, he came back with a sample of “Dave’s Spiciest Green Chili”—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It packed the heat and flavor I’ve been chasing since leaving the Southwest. What makes this place even more special is its story—they started out as a food truck (which they still run) and just opened this brick-and-mortar location five months ago. It’s clear they’ve poured their heart into it. If you're a fellow green chili lover, vegetarian, or just looking for a great local spot to support, Green Chili Love should be at the top of your list. It’s everything a neighborhood restaurant should be—warm, flavorful, and full of passion. Highly recommended. Support local. Support flavor. Support Green Chili Love.
First visit to Green Chile Love at about 7PM on Saturday evening was nice. They close at 8PM saturdays and we wanted dinner and were welcomed by the owner upon entering the restaurant. After looking at the take out menu online I was concerned there might not be much to order other than breakfast items but that wasn't the case. After talking to the owner he brought us samples of green chile bowl which is a soup-like mixture of green chile with pork and other ingredients. They have mild through extra hot of all the green chile dishes, I got hot and my wife got mild and we both liked it so we ordered entrees for dinner- I got the green chile combo plate which has pinto beans (delicious) , some green chile bowl, and potato, and a Mexican style rice, a long with tortillas. My wife got just the mild version of green chile bowl which had tortillas, and we got a cheese crisp with mild green chilies added. The food was great and the bill came to about $50 with tip and just water to drink Not complaining just a reference. Ioverall our visit was great and I think my next visit will be for breakfast, I'm eager to try their version of huevos rancheros! Thanks for the great hospitality and green chile food!
