Ryan Saves the Day!! I woke up this morning to a failed hard drive, and a week's worth of work that needed to be done like yesterday. Ready to panic or cry or both, my husband called Ryan, who said to bring the laptop by and estimated he could have it diagnosed in 1-2 hours. So, not only does he diagnose it in that time, he fixes it in Less than 4 hours, with a hard drive that was better than the original even. And the price was absolutely reasonable as well. I cannot praise this guy loudly enough. My laptop is my lifeline to my work, and Ryan kept me rolling in no time flat. Trust this guy with your computers. All these 5 Star reviews aren't wrong.

My laptop's in-screen camera had a major malfunction just two years after purchase. I made a same-day appointment and had an answer 24-hours later, with clear communication in between. The camera is not salvageable (despite considerable efforts by Ryan, including a complete system reformat), and rather than sell me on his replacement fees, Ryan offered alternative, cost-saving solutions (and recommendations for when I'm ready for a new laptop). And all for $100. I will definitely be going back with any future computer problems.
