I definitely recommend these classes. I took sourdough 101 and it was a fun experience, I learned so much and even got a little of a 100 year old sourdough starter. I definitely want to take more classes.

Green Valley Simple Living made everything easy—they set up, guided us through making sourdough bread and homemade noodles from scratch, and even cleaned everything up afterward. The class was hands-on, fun, and unique, with a teacher full of passion for the craft. We all left not only with delicious food but also with a sourdough starter to continue baking at home. The comfort of learning in my own space made it even more special.
