Ed and his team, Dan and Mal were courteous, professional and did their best to move our household and heavy furniture into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend their removal-services.
We’ve used Green Box twice now, and after how good the first move was, we didn’t hesitate to book them again. Both moves were fast, reliable, and completely stress-free, with nothing broken either time thanks to how careful they were with our belongings. This time we had Mal and Dan, who were absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly to pack up so that as soon as we got the keys to our new house everything was ready to go and we could settle into our new home straight away. They asked exactly where we wanted everything and even put furniture where we wanted, which made the whole process so much easier and took a lot of pressure off us. Edward was fantastic from the start. He provided quotes quickly, offered the most reasonable price we found, and still delivered outstanding service. Despite it being short notice, he got us booked in with no stress at all. Overall, Green Box made what can be a very stressful experience feel smooth, organised, and easy. Excellent communication, great value for money, and genuinely caring service. We would 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone moving.
I’ve used this company 3 times over the last few years and they consistently provide and most incredible service. Moving house is always very stressful but Edward and Mal made it feel completely stress free. Not only are they super efficient they are super friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. These guys are nothing less than amazing! After our completion was postponed on Wednesday, we were left scrambling for a new removal company for Thursday to beat the stamp duty deadline. The guys at Greenbox were fantastic, got them straight on the phone and they managed to help us out with a same day booking and move! 🙈 Competitive price, very professional, friendly team, experts at dismantling and reassembling ikea furniture. Don’t hesitate to book them, will definitely keep them in mind if we ever recover from the stress to move again 🤣
