I was at the nursery buying some Xmas gifts yesterday and was served by a young gentleman, I didn’t get a name but he is pictured on your FB page 11 Nov at a prize giveaway. He was a breath of fresh air. So engaging, so polite and it was just a pleasure to be served by him. He is a genuine asset to your business 😊

Kieron’s customer service was exceptional, the advice he gave really helped me understand what would work best for my garden. As someone who is new to gardening I really appreciated the time he took to explain what to do with the plants and products I was buying. The rest of the team was also incredibly helpful, with customer service this good, it’s easy to see why they’re so busy. The calendar on the website is also incredibly helpful!

I don’t usually post reviews but I thought I’d share my thoughts on one of your workers. I was at gold creek running errands (Im in a walker now so I’m quite slow). I was attempting to cross the road when one of your workers grabbed my arm and helped me safely across. We had a chat about New Zealand (which I’m very fond of and he went back to work. I’m sure helping old ladies cross the road isn’t on the job description but I am very grateful for the kind act of service

Love visiting this nursery. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of plant varieties and usually very healthy. Gorgeous little gift shop attached with all sorts of treasures which make good presents. Overall a bit on the pricey side but totally worth the visit.

A very interesting nursery with an extensive range of gifts, gadgets snd indoor plants on the inside and a good range of plants in the outdoor area. I found the young staff very attentive, friendly and courteous and most willing to help me. The store fid seem understaffed- a common situation these days! The indoor area was just a little too crowded for me and i was petrified of knocking something over. Certainly worth a visit and I have no hesitation in returning.
