This was our first year in using Grizzly Graphics, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! Ken was the best communicator - he called, emailed, and kept us in the loop during every phase from pre-order to finish. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and if he could not contact us immediately, we were sent an email telling us when he would be in touch. What a great company! We ordered t-shirts for children and adults at our school, and our order arrived as we asked and on time. We've dealt with other companies in the past that promised the moon and didn't deliver. Ken promised and did deliver. He even called after we received our order to verify that we were satisfied with the product and that our order was filled to specifications. Grizzly Graphics is a keeper. We'll be excited to work with Ken next year for our yearly order. Excellent customer service!

Ken was amazing! He was attentive, communicative, and overall pleasant to work with. The shirts and hats we ordered came out great! The screen printing and embroidery was clean and vibrant. He also gave some recommendations on products with similar fit but lower cost and even ordered us a sample to try. After we picked up the order, Ken emailed to make sure we were happy with everything and requested feedback. Amazing experience from beginning to end with top notch customer service!
