I had a very small split link repaired on a 10K gold bracelet. The repair was completed, but I was charged $140 for a very small weld, even with only a minimal amount of gold added. I felt pressured to proceed after being quoted in person and later realized this type of repair is usually much cheaper elsewhere. While the work was done, the pricing and overall experience left me disappointed.
It was our first time at this place, and all I can say is that this place is wonderful if you ever need your jewelry resized/customized. The employees are helpful and accommodating, and the owner of the shop is very professional. I highly recommend this place.
This is my first time going to a jewellery store to resize my rings, even though I was a bit nervous, the staff was very welcoming and chilled, making sure that all my questions were answered. She was patient in explaining the process, and to make sure the sizing would be perfect and to my likings. We discussed for quite a while, and if any doubts, she would consult the jewel maker or technician to properly inform me of my concerns and even recommendations. When they resize, before finishing and polishing, they will come and have you try the new size to make sure you confirm. That is very reassuring. Wait time was unexpectedly short, their work was very fine and professional. Pricing is also great and affordable. Would refer to friends and come back for future needs. Thank you again for the excellent work and service.
After doing some research trying to find somewhere to get my bracelet shortened with same day service to fit my tiny wrist i stumbled upon this location with great reviews and im glad i did. The service was extraordinarily fast, the price was reasonable and he was so friendly and funny. Im very pleased and will definitely be recommending to anyone that may need services as well. He also removed a link from my other bracelet for free. Thank you!
Great service, they fixed my jewelry on the spot at very reasonable rates, they got amazing verity of engagement rings and all kind of diamond, gold and silver jewelry. Mr Mohan is very helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this store.
