I was helped by Mr. Teddy for my taxes, and now that I'm going to get my health insurance for next year, I found out that it never reached the IRS. Thank God nothing serious happened, but that was terrible service. On previous occasions, Mr. Steve helped me and there were no problems.

I have used this firm in the past with excellent service and have even referred other business owners here. I do not know what has happened, but service has gone way downhill. I am never allowed to speak to Stephen when I call. I get his receptionist who mumbles through her words and is not helpful at all. They have had my business return for over 4 months and each time I call to check on it I am getting the run around. I can accept being busy and needing more time...but the complete lack of information and communication is beyond frustrating.
I must say Stephen comes in clutch with your accounting needs. Not only is he diligent, but also very reliable and committed to serving his clients with the best service and especially when they need it most! I highly recommend considering him for your CPA services!
