I recently went here after my dog ate a block of chocolate. It was after hours, so me and family were very concerned, and they got me straight in. The service was exceptional and very compassionate. They looked after my dog and also me. They had him healthy again in no time. Also, i found the price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend this vet.
This is my best experience in vet emergency. My cat Snowy had a heart failure and I had to rush him to the Emergency. They took us in immediately and just did everything so professionally and compassionately. The nurses were just beyond any praise. Many thanks to you guys. I appreciate your care and professionalism in such a hard time for our family.
My dog Welly has a complicated medical history as a shar pei and Gungahlin vet has helped us the whole way through. He actually likes going here and gets excited to see everyone. Would definitely recommend
We can't thank Gungahlin Vet Hospital enough for treating Luna when she was having a seizure and had a bladder stone stuck. Your quick thinking and team work saved the need for a major surgery. Thank you to all the staff behind the scenes and thank you to the receptionists for keeping me calm and informed about the whole process. You guys are amazing!
Absolutely amazing service!!! Hands down best vet I’ve ever been to. As any pet owner knows, taking your furbaby to emergency after hours in a crisis is like living your worst nightmare 😫 I went from basically having a mental break down to surprisingly leaving on a positive note. - because although Willow had to stay overnight, the vet and staff were so kind, caring and considerate throughout the entire process that I felt so reassured that I knew Willow was in great hands 🤍 When I picked willow up in the morning she was so happy wagging her tail. Normally she hates the vets but when the vet told me how she and all the staff gave Willow so many cuddles throughout the night it was so nice to know she didn’t just stay in a cage the entire night. Willows reaction says it all - Now I know why there is a waiting list to have GVH as your regular vet. If they had spots available no doubt I would be there. At least I know god forbid if ever an emergency situation happens again, its good to know my dogs will be in good hands ❤️🤗🐶🐾❤️
