Since moving to Fort Worth in June, I struggled to find a gym that felt right until a colleague recommended this hidden gem. Gym Evolution is the best hole-in-the-wall spot in the city. The vibes are sick—they have custom LEDs that change year-round to keep the energy fresh, and the mural work is incredible. They have everything you need, from a huge variety of machines and plates to a heated and cooled outdoor area for extra racks and leg equipment. I’ve tried a few other gyms in the area, but nothing beats the variety and culture here. The owner and head trainer, Randol, is awesome. I started training with him, and his knowledge of nutrition and fitness is top-tier; he has an answer for every question I throw at him. It’s a diverse community of great people from all walks of life who are always down to help or offer a spot. Plus, there is always parking and it’s never overcrowded. If you want the best training environment in FW, this is it.
Moved back to downtown a few months back and took me a while to find a gym that fit all my needs. I’m very happy I found Gym Evolution and decided to get a membership here. They have all the equipment you need and more. Great atmosphere and staff. They also have a good selection of pre and post workout snacks and drinks.
I’ve been a member here for about 5 years now, I love this place. This gym has all the equipment you need whether you’re getting a run in on the treadmill, working on aesthetics/body building or powerlifting. Either the owners and management team are always here and never hesitate to help. (Also have personal trainers available if you need that extra push) They have a cooler full of energy drinks, waters, protein shakes for pre and post-lift. Great music, awesome vibes. Happy to call Gym evolution my home gym!! Highly recommend.
Gym Evolution in Fort Worth is a great spot! The facility is clean and spacious, with top-notch equipment. Indoor and outdoor areas with most of leg day equipment outside. The music keeps the energy high, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym in the DFW area!!
For the past 7 years, this gym has been my second home. I love everything about it—the energy, the people, the music, the machines, the trainers, and how clean and welcoming it always is. The atmosphere is unmatched, and the way everyone hypes each other up pushes you to go harder every day. It’s more than a gym—it’s family. 💪❤️ If ever in Fort Worth I highly recommend you check out Gym Evolution!!!
