The friendliness of the management and staff is palpable - every time I've worked with these folks I've been treated with kindness, empathy, and patience. I have always been pleased with the work done by Hagen Auto Body. In my experience they have been very honest and they did quality work. They offer options as to how to fix problems and have never tried to upsell their work. If anything, they tried to save me money. I really appreciate you guys!!
Amazing customer service and high-quality repairs at a fair price. They truly nail it here. My car was sideswiped and they handled everything seamlessly with my insurance. I got my car back much quicker than expected, and you can’t tell the new paint from the original—the color match is phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Barrett has the best customer service! I bought my car in after a mishap at a local oil change business. They took such good care of me and my vehicle. Came back with questions about a few pieces that were probably given to me by the workers, and Barrett just popped them in.. They know what there doing here, and very affordable! I could not be happier with Hagen’s work on my Explorer. It was my first time filing an insurance claim and the guys did all the work for me. My car is a tough color to find so they had to get a new door and paint it. They even touched up a scuff left by another vehicle side swiping me. The staff are all lovely, including Miss Porcha — the sweetest little shop dog of all time. Thanks to everyone for turning a big nuisance into a good experience!
