Our experience was 1000000/10! I’m gluten free and our waitress Isabelle was super knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was so tasty and fresh! I definitely recommend Haidilao in Mesa and ask for our waitress Isabelle!! Superb service, the whole dining experience felt like luxury. They even gave us snacks to take home!
Haidilao Hot Pot is hands down one of the nicest hot pot experiences I’ve had. The interior is super fancy and very modern, giving the whole place an upscale vibe while still feeling comfortable. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food quality really stands out — the broths are rich, flavorful, and very tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Their seasoning, sauce, and fruit bar is top-tier and lets you fully customize your meal. There’s a great variety of meats, veggies, and add-ins, so everyone can find something they love. A fun bonus: if you’re celebrating a birthday, they do cool birthday music and bring out fun poster-style signs, which adds to the experience. The location is also perfect, right in the new Mekong Expansion Asian Market, making it easy to explore before or after your meal. Overall, amazing food, great service, and a unique, high-quality dining experience. Definitely worth coming back.
Great customer service. But they do have a limited menu. The prices are a bit high, but the food tastes good. Also loved the candy they offer at the end when handing over the bill.
We went on a Wednesday with a reservation, and we needed to switch the amount of people. They were very accommodating and kind. Our server, Yoric, was attentive, kind, and funny. He was just awesome like the rest of the staff! The food came out very fast and we ordered the perfect amount. Everything was great. Our favorite was the spicy pork bone broth, sweet potato vermicelli, ribeye, and masago fish cake/balls. We also got the Chuck flap, pork belly, beef belly, assorted mushrooms, and assorted veggies. It was the perfect amount of food for 3 adults and 1 toddler. We really enjoyed our time here. The restaurant is beautiful, and I loved the color scheme.
They have high quality and fresh foods and wonderful services. The waiter of my table, Dave, he is so nice. Always offering helps and reminding my daughter of the famous face-changing shows for two times. She was so happy, it’s really a kid friendly restaurant. They will give little gift and free kid meals to children. We’re going to visit them every month.
