I went to the salon having had a botched balayage elsewhere and Tony totally saved my hair and it looks great now. Thanks again to Tony and Sam. Would definitely recommend
I have been here 2 different times and had two vastly different experiences. The first, I saw Joseph and had a lovely experience. The reception was amazing, I had a really helpful consultation and I loved the final product. It was a great morning out, and definitely worth the price. The second consultation left me with a slight sour taste, however, Sam went out of her way to reach out to me and apologise. Such a sweet gesture really turned what was a sour note into a very sweet one and Im very grateful for their effort!
I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Paul many years ago when I was in university and have since managed to hunt him down in Bristol- the only person who I have found who just understands my hair and takes the time to ensure the cut you’re getting is the best it can possibly be. I had a bit of a hair disaster recently at another salon and he managed to put me at ease and rescue my hair, something which takes a lot of skill and experience. I couldn’t recommend Paul enough! A true craftsman!
Paul gave me one of my favourite hair cuts of the last few years. Took a long time to find out exactly what I wanted, and super happy with the results. Would definitely return.
Sammy cut my hair. She did an excellent job. I rarely have my haircut but I wanted some choppy layers. She instinctively knew exactly what I wanted and even left the length. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.
