Amazing salon experience! Katie and Ash are excellent stylists, Shanna and Dayna were so friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommend!
Very poor service and Customer Service I went in on October 9 for highlights my highlights turned out very brassy, orange and The Blonde is yellow also, The back of my hair was highlighted 4 inches away from my scalp, I will provide pictures below which looks like I haven’t highlighted my hair in Months I discussed it with Ash and she Said it would take time to get my hair More blonde in the upcoming appointments and that she didn’t want to put a different toner in my hair because my hair would turn gray Which sounded very confusing to me after having my hair highlighted for 15 years, but I trusted in her and was looking forward to my future appointment in December to find out that because of my concern of my hair and the way it turned out my appointment was canceled in December and now Ash the Hair Dresser does not have confidence in doing my hair anymore when she should’ve said that in the beginning before even touching my hair. So now I have orange, yellow and brass colors in my highlights the back of my head is only highlighted 4 inches away from my scalp and now told that I need to find a new hairstylist I asked for a full refund which they denied so I’m definitely disputing that with My bank I have never been treated like this hair salon or even hairstylist for that matter they don’t even deserve one star. I went to them based on their reviews and ash 17 years of hair experience and at this point, I feel like the reviews are fake. This is what my hair looks like 11 days after their hair service and paying $267
Daughter suggested this salon. Was looking for a new stylist to tame my tired granny looking gray hair. What an experience! from the ease of scheduling, timeliness of appointment and master stylist.! Highly recommend
Review specifically for Briana! My last few haircuts were horrible at other salons, so bad that I hadn't had a cut in nearly a year because I had been so devastated. I explained it to her and she was very understanding, agreed with the issues I was seeing with the previous cuts. I was super nervous but she made me so much more comfortable by asking me about my life instead of lecturing me about my naturally curly texture or pushing products on me as other salons have done. She gave me a blowout after the cut per my request because I don't like other people styling my curly hair for me, so I can edit my review once I do it with my natural hair texture but so far I am very happy. It's been 8 days and I STILL have beautiful body and flips from the blowout. A bit of dry shampoo after a few days but otherwise I've not had to touch it. I would happily go back in-between cuts just to have her wash/blow dry for me!! This was also way more affordable than any salons I've gone to in at least 2 years. I will attach pictures, unfortunately didn't take any the day of the cut when it's at its most shiny and fresh look, but the ones I am posting are 7 days after, holding up well even through my sweaty workouts and I feel that says a lot.
I love this place. I first came in January after my normal Ulta stylist seriously butchered my hair on the day of my senior prom. I had Brittany, and she did me right. I have super thick and dense hair, and I’ve always been cautious about getting it cut right. Brittany knew exactly what to do with my usually difficult hair. I can proudly say that 7 months later, my hair doesn’t feel nearly as heavy and suffocating as it would with other stylists after 3. I came back to get highlights done and I love what Katie did with my hair. She understood my vision, and was so fun to talk to. It cost me less than I expected, and came out perfect. Overall, this salon is incredible and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. The atmosphere is comfortable but clean, and you can tell that all of the stylists genuinely enjoy working together, which is always a good sign. They always answer the phone promptly, everyone is super polite, and scheduling is made so easy.
