Absolutely excellent Service, right from the reception to the final outcome. As a new client at Deauville I can say that everyone I met here is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The communication is great , I was treated with warmth and made to feel at home. The final result of my hair is just beautiful. I was well counselled on hair care with kindness and no nonsense which I appreciate! The care is present. I’m happy to be a new client here :)
This salon is a complete has-been and is clearly trading on a reputation it no longer deserves. The reception staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Clients and basic courtesy are not a priority. The so-called stylist paid no attention whatsoever to what I asked for. There was zero consultation and no effort to listen. The haircut itself was rushed, sloppy, choppy, and uneven which is the kind of result you expect when someone is more focused on flipping the chair for the next client than doing a competent job. It’s obvious that most of the experienced and talented stylists have moved on. What remains are amateurs with no technique or creativity. The salon itself is outdated, dirty, and visibly run down.Nothing here feels modern, professional, or cared for. This place is living off its past and delivering subpar work in every possible way. Save your money, your time, and your hair. I would never return and strongly advise others to stay away.
