Haley and her team were absolutely incredible—hands down the best decision I made during wedding planning. From the month leading up to the big day, she made everything feel so much less stressful and truly thought of every detail. She handled all the vendors seamlessly and kept everyone perfectly on schedule. On the wedding day itself, she ran everything flawlessly, from setting up all my décor to making sure I actually took time to eat. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten married without her. Haley went above and beyond in every way and made the entire day run so smoothly. Hire her—you won’t regret it!
Haley is truly a kind and wonderful person and we can't say enough great things about working with her and her team. Haley has such an eye for detail and made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable for us. Her organization, ideas, professionalism, and experience truly set her apart. I don't think one fully understands just how much detail and decisions go into planning a wedding, both big and small, but she was with us every step of the way. From recommending vendors, going with us to our caterer tasting, bringing our vision to life on our wedding day and everything in between. In addition to her professionalism she truly got to know us on a personal level outside of the vendor/client relationship. One thing that meant so much to us was her taking the time to be there with us for our civil ceremony in San Francisco, which was a few months before our wedding day. She didn't have to make the time to come out but it truly shows just how much she cares and it meant so much to us. Her and her team went above and beyond on our wedding day and helped us be fully present and care free. Even our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her team, which goes to show they don't only pay attention to how beautiful things look but paid attention to our guests experience overall as well. Working with Haley Nyal events is the best wedding decision we made! We opted for the partial planning package, with the "full takeover" at the 6-month mark prior to our wedding date. We were responsible for booking most of our vendors, but after takeover, Haley's team steps in and handles everything. Haley handles vendor and venue communication and meets monthly to make sure every detail is addressed. As a type-A person who just wanted to relax on my wedding day, it was incredibly freeing to entrust the day to a very capable team. Haley is invested in making sure the day is special and runs as smoothly as possible. She is meticulously detail-oriented and is a consumate professional. It's the small things, like bringing us a cocktail right after ceremony, running interference on sticky family situations, or checking in! On the day, Haley's team helped find our wedding rings that went missing 10 minutes prior to ceremony, fed us (VERY IMPORTANT) , and fixed our broken audio guestbook! We wanted to focus on guest experience, and Haley heard us loud and clear! Our guests commented on how warm the wedding coordination team was and how well timed everything was. We had some guests with disabilities that needed accomodating, and Haley's team was able to help, no matter if it was a food allergy or mobility concerns. It means a lot to us that everyone felt included. Also, it says a lot that our vendors had nothing but good things to say about Haley!
