I can’t say enough good things about Hamilton Fitness Academy, especially Alex Ojero. Alex went above and beyond, even outside of formal sessions, to create a fully personalized training program tailored to my knee pain, athletic background, and personal goals. I play sports and needed something that actually made sense for my body, not a generic plan, and this was easily the best program I’ve ever followed. Everything was structured intelligently, from mobility and warm-ups to strength and progression, all designed to keep me pain-free while building strength and athleticism. Alex clearly understands biomechanics, injury considerations, and proper training for athletes. If you want training that’s actually built for you, I highly recommend Alex and Hamilton Fitness Academy.
I was very nervous about joining at my age and inexperience with gyms From the get go Jake made it a very welcoming environment with lots of hugs. Ariel was a great trainer. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Olivia and all the staff are super and so encouraging. Highly recommend HFA!

My trainer, Alex, really pushed me to achieve my goals, challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, and helped me build both confidence and structure in my routine. Jake was also incredibly supportive—knowledgeable, encouraging, and he always made me feel like part of the family. The gym itself has everything you could possibly need, and the entire team of trainers is welcoming, friendly, and truly invested in your success. My experience here has genuinely changed my life for the better, and I’m so grateful I got to work with such an amazing group of people. I can’t wait to continue training with them in the future!
Have been going to Hamilton Fitness Academy for a few months now. My trainer, Alex Ojero is not only a wealth of knowledge but a pleasure to work with. I see him having a very successful career in the PT field. Also, the owner, Jake Reddick is an all around amazing human being and a beacon of positivity. He has done an excellent job creating this space to help people achieve their fitness goals no matter how big or small. I highly recommend this business. 10/10
We’ve been coming here for over a month now! My husband and I have been training with Gallagher HES AWESOME!!!! We’ve already seen results in our energy, wanting to go to the gym, stress levels decreasing and he eased us into the workout while still pushing us! Jake has been supportive since our initial contact, GREAT PEOPLE AND SAFE SPACE TO WORKOUT! Highly recommend
