Had a fantastic experience with Handyman Connection. Was looking to have my bigger TV brought up from basement to my living and to make changes to current build in unit to fit the bigger tv. Henry went over my request and received a very reseasonable quote. From the time I called and the project complete was 3 weeks which was wonderful. Henry was amazing , he even moved my TV from basement to the livingroom and hooked it up. I would recommend Henry and Handyman Connection. I will for sure use this service in the future. Thank you Henry it is greatly appreciated.
Very impressed with the response time to the repairwork I needed on garage door entry to house. Removed existing and replaced with new and adjusted deadbolt and latch plate position for smooth operation. It has never worked so well. Keys work in the lock, hurray. Replaced the broken railing brackets on upstairs stair rail and tightened the existing ones. BOB completed the work professionally and was time efficient and I would recommend him and hope to have him again if I need any repair work done.
Fantastic workmenship from Paul H. He replaced our front door and installed new trim around the inside and outside giving our front entrance a beautiful upgrade. No more cold drafts! I woudl recommend the Handyman Connection and Paul anytime! Thanks team January 2026
Bob was wonderful - I needed assembly of a kitchen table and chairs. He was prompt, professional and fun to talk to. I’d recommend this service wholeheartedly. Thanks Bob - my Christmas dinner with family will be enjoyed at my new table. Meeey Christmas.
Edit: After this review I was contacted by the contractor and advised that the plumbing issue was more difficult than initially thought. Brian came back and fixed the faulty plumbing and left the bathroom looking good as new. Have used this company in the past and was very happy with the service until recently. From the very beginning I had issues. Our first appointment no one showed up when they said they would. After calling, they realized they didn’t actually book anyone to go. No problem, they sent Brian the next day. The following day after the bathroom tap repair, it came off the wall. We called Brian directly and he came back the next week to fix and said not to use for 24 hours. We waited 72 hours and again it came off the wall. I called everyday, and no one has gotten back to me about fixing the issue. This has been ongoing since August 21. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and their “guarantee” doesn’t seem to mean much.
