The owner of this company doesn't live in Washington and hires subcontractors to handle projects. We completed a bathroom remodel for them, and once it was finalized, he refused to pay us the remaining 50%. He kept making excuses about needing to fix things, but they were just that—excuses. We’re now working with a lawyer to address this issue. Don't assume I've forgotten what happened. I'm not focused on recovering the money anymore; my goal is to have your license revoked so this can’t happen again. Let this be a warning: we're committed to making sure there's accountability for your actions.
Amazing! From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Handyman Rescue Team. Travis and his crew helped me to remodel my master bathroom.They showed up on time and were respectful and efficient. I really can't express how overjoyed I am with the outcome of my bathroom. Thank you Handyman Rescue Team! Our basement flooded (with sewage - eeeeesh!) last fall. Once mitigated with flood cuts, dehumidifiers, carpet/linoleum removal, Handyman Rescue Team came in and worked with us to rebuild everything better than it was before, but ALSO identified and replaced 4 leaky plumbing valves on our washer and utility sink, when they moved them to replace the flooring. They also replaced old hoses when they reconnected them, mitigating another potential water disaster in the future! Carlos has a great design eye and helped me pick superior replacement materials (vinyl plank floor in place of linoleum, and better carpeting from a different vendor). I love that Carlos and his assistant could do EVERYTHING that needed to be done to rebuild, so we didn't have to work with multiple contractors. Everything started on time and was completed in 6 days, as estimated. The only price change was minimal for the extra plumbing, which I could see with my own eyes needed to be done, and approved pricing with Travis before this work was added. Highly recommend!
I requested a estimate on very short notice (less than 24 hours) but, I did not expect a quick response due to the time frame and it being a Sunday when I submitted the request. The team immediately texted me and was transparent with the fact it was not likely to happen but they would contact a few people to see if they could make it work. They got back to me as soon as possible to schedule a more convenient time for everyone as the work was not urgent. The work I had done was popcorn ceiling removal, interior wall repair, wallpaper removal, painting. Finding people to remove popcorn ceiling is a huge headache because it's hard to find people who are flexible and able to work with your schedule. HRT was great at working with me and also worked with me and my budget. I've used HRT once before to rebuild an old deck, and they did a great job! Deck is still standing and was much more affordable than a big name that ONLY does decking. Will definitely be reaching back out for future projects!
Travis et son équipe ont fait un travail formidable sur une rénovation délicate d'un éclairage encastré. Le prix global était très raisonnable et le résultat final était excellent. Après la réparation, le placoplâtre du plafond était indistinguable. Travis s'est assuré que le résultat final réponde à des normes élevées et, même s'il a fallu un peu plus de travail que prévu initialement, il a respecté l'estimation initiale. Je travaillerai certainement avec eux à nouveau !
