This was my first visit facilitated by a recommendation from my mom. Thank you so much for opening the store early and letting me drop off my Pandora bracelet for cleaning. I also had a wonderful shopping experience when I returned to pick it up later this afternoon! Thank you so much Sue for all your help with my Pandora charm purchases! This is now my go-to for all my jewelry needs!
On 12/19/25 I dropped of my 22 yr old engagement with Titus to replace cracked diamond baguette. I was verbally given estimate but told I would get a call with estimate. I was given a receipt with estimate8return date 1/9/26. On 1/10/26 I called spoke to Titus. He looked up what was happening with ring. Told to call back following week. On 1/15/26 I called, spoke to Titus. He told me his boss was out of country. That he would speak to him next day. My husband saw how upset I was that he called. He spoke to a Dylan. Dylan told him he didn't know where they were in the process with Ring. That he couldn't find the paperwork. Same story boss out of country. I called spoke to Dylan. He said because I dropped off ring at christmas time that they were working on other customers orders. I was in tears this ring has never left my sight in 22 yrs. He said to wait until next day so he can speak to boss. I asked for ring back. Dylan called back said he found ring with jeweler cousin Sammy. He asked Sammy to return it. Sammy overnighted it back to store. He told me I whatever it back 1/16/26. He said he would call me once it was in store. 1/16/26 Dylan never called. Garrett called my husband told him ring was back in store. 1/17/26 my husband went in store, Titus returned ring. He apologized and said he didn't know what happened. 31 days after dropping off ring and not repaired.
Everyone at Hannoush Jewelers were very helpful and interested in finding the perfect graduation ring for my daughter. When we decided to make it a custom engraved ring, the designs were outstanding and beautiful. We were shown several options, price ranges, stones and settings. We decided on one and when we picked it up, it was even prettier than what we expected. We will definitely go to Hannoush Jewelers again for future purchases.
