Happy Nails NA is Amazing place to get your nails done. They take their time with your nails and never disappointed with the out come
At happy nails the customer service is excellent and they do nails pretty well… I recommend it to any ladies to come do their nails here!
I've been to Happy Nail a few times now as it's near my home. I consistently am service by Kathy/Cathy who does a very good job. She is very precise and professional. The prices aren't bad but often enough the credit card machine is down or we are asked to pay cash. It's 2025, let's get that together. Another issue that I have is that those who are not servicing clients like to stand over or sit over the person who is doing the work. Whether it be while getting nail, pedicure, or wax, there is always someone chatting next to the person servicing me which I DO NOT LIKE. it's distracting to my technician and annoying to me.
I was in the city for a day trip and decided to get my nails done. After searching I settled in this place. I had two ladies one for my pedicure one for my nails. Th y don’t speak fluent English which was fine I can understand them and anything was lost in translation we used our phones. I will say I am just “ok” with how my nails came out. My nails were filed down but not measured with the other hand. The shape was definitely changed from my previous shape. She cut my fingers twice. I showed her a design I wanted and she did the best she could- I think she pretty good with me explaining and her trying. My pedicure was great she did a great job with my toes cut my toe once. Even did a big toe design that they decided on right then and there. I do think it was a little over priced because of the 3 cuts. I come to relax and get my nails and toes done to feel good not to hurt a few days later. However the ladies were sweet and did the best that they could do I am just used to very fine quality when it comes to my nails.
Will not be returning. They were nice enough but the salon feels very dingy inside. First red flag was that the women that did my nails kept her tools in a pencil box which means they do not get sanitized. She sprayed with alcohol and skin remained so I asked her to wash with water/soap and re-spray. Honestly I should have left....but here we are. Second, she didn't do a great job of cleaning my nails/cuticles. I had to ask her to fix a few things. Next, she did not have a good skill for nail polish paint. I did a gel and it was spotty and uneven coverage that was very obvious when it dried. Some polish pooled in the corners and hardened which was unfortunate. The end result was spotty mail polish, hard corners and bubbles on top and a dull finish. She also had me cure my nails at least 3 times every coat. Lastly, once the polish was dry, she added oil/lotion for a quick massage and did not provide a towel to wipe off the excess after. Instead I had to use a dry paper towel and had oil all over. Overall, the women that did my nails did not have basic skills down. A gel manicure is pretty easy, IMO, and it turned out horrible. $28 (plus $2 for using my credit card) is not worth the end result. I still tipped because I felt bad but I will not be returning.
