Went to check out the skating rink condition which is now on the parking lot instead of the pond. So disappointing how the city has neglected this once vibrant recreational complex. The main building hasn't been operational for years. The interlocking pathways have been hazardous for years. Skating used to be awesome and almost magical on the long winding trail on the pond, with music and lights during Christmas season and then inside for hot chocolate and fries in the restaurant. Now you have porta potties, unplowed roads and parking lots, and a small rink with only one little swatch that was shoveled.

Drove across town to do mini golf on this nice day. Was turned down at 5:30 because they were closing. Try updating your time online so others don't waste their time. The kids were very disappointed

Had an amazing time. Pearl was clean with lots to do. Mini putt was so much fun and expensive at all.$6 for kids and $7 for adults

Previous reviewers who gave Harborview a poor score are not wrong. The park is aged over 40 years and many of the features, including the previous restaurant doc shuffle boards are neglected however with limited driving ranges left in the city golf courses that are good for beginners disc golf that goes on for miles a great hill to fly a kite on under utilized tennis courts that you don’t have to fight over and a handball court along with mini golf and a new playground if you’re looking for a free Winnipeg adventure accessible only by car Harborview right now is one of Winnipeg’s hidden gems. This property owned by the city is Wright for reinvestment new advocacy and someone with a vision as there is not that many spaces in Winnipeg like this. It will take time to redevelop an investment of a restaurant with a dockside patio that takes off a beer garden, taking over lawn bowling and for the coming years just a group of families coming to the park to utilize the free elements. Finally the trees have grown large after 40 years, providing shade and places to picnic. Do not come expecting top rated facilities and perfectly maintained brand new infrastructure but come with an open mind, knowing that it’s free, there’s opportunity to use the spaces and there’s no lineup. There is opportunity for public private and not for profit investment of this space that could be beneficial to the entire city.

Wow,, what a neglected overgrown abandoned gem. Extremely disappointing. The lawn shuffle board concrete has lost all it’s paint, the restaurant is an abandoned vacant building. So much potential but completely deserted. So sad. There is still mini golf,, for now.
