We walked into Hardy Brothers Pacific Fair while on holiday in Queensland, intending to just have a browse a few months out from our wedding. However, we were absolutely blown away by their professionalism, expertise and service, so decided to work towards buying our wedding bands from them and having them shipped to Melbourne (although this was more than what we budgeted for initially). Shweta was so incredibly helpful, responding night and day. She kept me informed about every step of the process. What a delight to get such excellent service these days! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Absolutely stellar service from the manager and staff of Hardy Brothers Pacific Fair. Genuinely took the time to asses their clients wishes, price point and after sale discussion. Could not rate them highly enough on such an important purchase. 10/10 for everything from customer service, product knowledge, awareness of competitors advantages and open friendly attitude.
My wife and I had a really nice experience at Hardy Brothers (again), this time selecting a 30th Wedding anniversary gift for myself. Shweta took care of us with nothing any trouble at all. Further, her product knowledge and customer service were both exceptional. Will be back for sure!!
Very pleasing experience starting with a phone call advising of my intended visit. Gave an outline of what I had in mind, arriving later to be greeted by Pam then spoke to Rachel. Pam showed me the watches, had a viewing settling on a Baume & Mercier timepiece. Pam did an excellent job of fitting the band correctly which is great on my wrist. This is the third timepiece from Hardy Brothers being my second one plus a gift 21st for my niece 3 years ago. Finally, a very good reputation here gives me satisfaction as well to appreciate.
