We had an inspection of our furnace on a Friday and they found a hole in our heat exchange, so we wanted to have it replaced as soon as was possible. We got a few quotes, and they were similar, but the products Harker offered and the quote they provided convinced us to go with them. They were able to install the next day and two techs removed the old furnace and installed the new in about 3 hours. They were great, and I would use Harker again for sure. Harker wasn't the least expensive, but they offer good value. I like that they are are a union shop, have a long history in the area, and also the vibes from everyone we spoke with were excellent.
Very responsive and showed up when they said they would. The tech was great and figured out how to solve our heating issue right away. He explained everything in detail and did a great job. Highly recommend Harker!
Tanner was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional! He got our furnace up and running again in no time! He even gave our dogs some much wanted attention which made their day! The fact that he came out to our house on the coldest day of the year with a smile on his face says a lot about the kind of guy he is! I was incredibly impressed with Tanner’s work and would highly recommend him and Harker Heating and Cooling to anyone!
Harker 100% rescued us! When we were told that our boiler wasn't safe to run, the original company we met with wasn't able to get out for a week, which is less than ideal in single-degree temps. I reached out to Harker, got a call back that day, a quote the next day and they were out on Tuesday- 2 to 3 days before the other folks. Not only that, but the quote was detailed and extremely well-priced. The crew they sent were kind and professional and answered all of my million questions about noises the new boiler might make. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done, too. 10/10 will call again and will happily recommend!
I called Harker after hours for a furnace repair. The AI system was remarkably easy to schedule the appointment. The technician assigned, Matthew, was on time. Mathew immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He then proceeded to check multiple other parts of the furnace to ensure they were working and/or clear of fluids. Matthew was happy to explain what he was doing and how the issues impact the broader appliance. Overall I was impressed and very pleased. I certainly would recommend Harker to others and would suggest they ask for Matthew.
