Really great service. Plumbing issues can be scary, but they did a great job of explaining everything and making recommendations about the issues to prioritize. Both Juan and Miguel have come out to help us and they were excellent. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to explain things. Thanks guys!
Donal Mccudy was very knowledgeable and personable. Came by and provided an estimate to change two of my ACs. Oscar installation manager came by, also personable and he resolved an issue quickly. Felipe did a great job on the install. Then came time for the quality control tech who checked everything out. All and all a very personable and knowledgeable team led to a pretty smooth installation of my two units at a very reasonable price.
My mom's upstairs a/c unit went out recently over the weekend and had to call this great group of folks again for help. They got us a quick appointment on Monday afternoon. David took great care of my mother and diagnosed the issue and was back out first thing Tuesday to complete the work. Great knowledge and customer service! Well done! and thank you 😊
I wanted to share that Bacon Plumbing was able to identify and resolve the issue the same day, and both my team and the tenants are very satisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for our experiences with NTX. Time and again, we've had technicians arrive without a clear understanding of the issues, often relying on remote troubleshooting that has consistently failed. Despite charging premium rates, the service provided has been minimal and ineffective. When NTX installed the boiler, we nearly failed inspection due to improper clearance around the exhaust pipe to the roof. In addition, 20+ year-old pumps and valves were not replaced, and there was no follow-up after installation. That alone raised serious concerns about the quality and accountability of your work. Your team also attempted to charge us to replace a boiler pump that turned out not to be the problem. We ultimately paid nearly $1,800 for a replacement pump, only to find that the issue persisted. This calls into question the value and reliability of the supposed 12-month warranty, which, based on our experience, is not honored in practice. I’ve given NTX several opportunities based on that warranty promise, but at this point, I can no longer recommend your company. I will be advising others to avoid NTX, as the service has proven to be inconsistent, overpriced, and lacking in expertise. At best, I would rate the experience 2 out of 5 stars.
This review is not really about NTX but about the person they sent out from a different company. His name was Miguel and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, didn't rush thru his evaluation of our problems even though it was very late in the afternoon/evening! He works for Harlin Johnson Plumbing and I would definitely use him again fingers crossed we don't need one anytime soon!
