I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed by Harry's treatment of potential clients. I'm not a customer of his but I would have been had he not rudely blocked me on Instagram. I reached out to him with a couple of technical questions and offered to pay a fee of his choice in exchange for his time and knowledge in answering those questions. I was very polite and kind, offering him praise and commending his work. Sadly, he blocked me without any explanation. While Harry is an exceptionally talented goldsmith, I'm very happy to have dodged a bullet. Manners and respect always come first, no matter how good you are at what you do!
Harry is wonderful to work with and has created beautiful rings for me. He worked closely with my husband to design and create my unique beautiful engagement and wedding rings (and others). I would recommend getting a ring made with Harry, you know you’re getting value for money, it’s unique, beautiful and a bonus of getting your rings cleaned when they need it!

Harry has made three rings (engagement and two wedding rings) for my husband and me, and we couldn't recommend him any more highly. He has been warm and welcoming every time we have met with him and his work has been exceptional. Harry took on board ideas from my husband about the engagement ring and then produced a unique and wonderful design that coupled timeless elements with some extra personalised details that were special to us. We both love the ring and I regularly get compliments from others. He's always been happy to answer our questions and gave us all the information about price, timelines etc up front and always fulfilled those commitments. He went above and beyond to match my wedding ring to the engagement ring and made sure that it fit perfectly alongside it. Harry is a fantastic jeweller and I'm sure I will be back in future.
