This was my first experience eating at this restaurant. The food was very good. They have vegan/vegetarian options. My sister tried the beef bowl. The server was very nice. I asked for the Agadashi Tofu and I was unaware that the sauce that comes with it was not vegan so the server advised me that it was not vegan. I will definitely be back. The ramen looks good.

Highly Recommended for Authentic Ramen! I was looking for an authentic ramen place in town, and this spot came highly recommended—it did not disappoint! The Ramen: Truly authentic. You can tell by the broth, which tastes 100% homemade. It's not that MSG-heavy style that makes you want to drink a gallon of water afterward. I tried three different kinds, and all were outstanding. A standout was the cold noodle with a side of dipping soup—so interesting! You soak the noodles in the soup before eating. It might be a love-or-hate dish for some, but I found it unique . A Note: If you prefer a heavily seasoned, traditional American-style ramen (on the saltier side), this might differ from your expectation. Their flavors are more balanced and nuanced. Also Tried: The sushi was good—not outstanding, but reasonably priced with good portions and a fresh taste. Dessert Lovers, Listen Up! You must try the Fried Ice Cream. It made me feel like home! Hot, crispy, doughy outside with cold ice cream inside. So yummy!

Stopped into this new sushi spot and was met with the warmest smile right away. The service was honestly great - friendly, and you can tell they really care. The sushi was delicious and super fresh. Such a good addition to the area. I'll definitely be back.

Haru Sushi & Izakaya is a must for us in Fort Wayne. The sashimi is always fresh and consistently some of the best we’ve had. Everything tastes clean, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s also a family favorite: our daughter insists on coming here and always orders the spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer (and honestly, she has great taste). We love the food, the vibe, and the reliability. Haru never disappoints. Highly recommend! 🍣✨
