I really enjoy having Damianna as my hair stylist. I feel she is very friendly, does a fantastic job at cutting my hair and really listens to what I want my hair to look like. I highly recommend her and I really like the salon and the people there.
I always have a great time at HAUS salon & Harper just makes the experience better !! She understands the vision, has great communication and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident when you’re in her chair . As a nurse, I am incredibly picky about who does my botox/dysport, but, have found my forever injectors! Alex & Amina. Amina has a heart of gold and a soothing presence about her, and Alex is so empathetic and genuine in her communication. I have been seeing Alex, the lead injector there for years, she is amazing, incredibly talented and concise in her explanation(s). I saw an opening tonight with Amina, who I had heard of, however, never had the chance to work with. Both are 10/10 amazing at their craft, and use their nursing judgment to make the best decisions for the outcome you want for your skin goals! Thank you to both. I have never had injections so painless before.
I always have a wonderful experience with Katie. She is never rushed, takes good care of my hair and scalp, and I exit onto Washington Ave looking like Farrah Fawcett. Bombshell vibes! You’ll want to see Katie too. Make sure to splurge on the Kérastase treatment. Totally worth it heading into winter!
Harper did a fantastic job with my hair. She listened, advised, and cut and styled my hair for me, not to look like anybody else. She was superb. The entire staff was friendly from the time I entered and departed. Excellent choice in products. Very trendy salon in the northeast part of the city. You can find a stylist at a price range you are comfortable with. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I got home and read my itemized email receipt. They charge a $5 sustainability fee. What is that? So I sent an email and asked and I got a call back. I was very happy with their customer service and they were willing to reimburse me. What I’m not comfortable with is hidden fees to the customer to dispose of products that a company has the legal obligation to get rid of (chemicals/color, etc). So we pay, tip, and pay the owners fees in more ways than one. At least ask the customer if they want to be part of thus up front. If they donate to a non-profit, they get all the tax benefits, not the customer. And if not, I think $5 is a bit high.
