Helen & Susanna helped me to buy my condo few yrs ago. They just helped us to buy our townhouse & sell the condo. The real estate market got even more intense now. You need hardworking, smart & diligent agents like them. You may need to submit offer 2-3 days ahead of offer deadline if someone gave an aggressive offer. Helen & Susanna work with us till late night to submit offer. They also listened to our feedback on the criteria for home buying but also update us on the reality of the interest rate trend or the marketing. They have great pricing strategy & great in negotiating/communicating with the seller agents. For selling, they helped to coordinate the touch up/ renovate (if you want) & staging. Very professional I will highly recommend them.
