I recently ordered a chair and desk set for my home office, and I have mixed feelings about the experience so far. The chair arrived promptly and I’m genuinely happy with it. It’s beautiful, well-made, and has already made a noticeable difference in my comfort during long work sessions. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. However, I only received half of my order. The desk is still missing, and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive. This has left me undecided about the overall service. While the product quality seems great based on the chair, the incomplete delivery is frustrating when you’re trying to set up a complete workspace. I’m hoping the desk arrives soon and lives up to the same standard as the chair. Once I receive the full order, I’ll have a better sense of whether this was just a shipping hiccup or a larger issue. Will definitely update this review once everything is sorted out. For now: love the chair, still waiting on the rest!
Outstanding service! Not only was their communication clear and timely every step of the way, but the delivery team also beat their estimated arrival time. A smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience from start to finish. We will definitely buy from them again!
Overall, a very positive delivery experience for our new dining table and chairs. The communication was excellent, with confirmation calls and texts. The delivery team was friendly and strong, getting the large tabletop up to our third-floor walk-up without a scratch. They assembled the table base and placed the chairs with care.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in helping me choose the right furniture. The quality is outstanding, prices are reasonable, and delivery was on time. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to upgrade their home
SHOCKED: by far the best customer service and delivery experience I’ve had, to date. 9/10 of our furniture has been delayed, shipping a mess, but with HCD it was effortless. The team was able to unbox our chairs outside of the home and bring them inside - taking the cardboard with them! Same day delivery too (luckily our shares were in stock). Truly, such a great experience!!!!
