I had such a great experience at HD Medical Aesthetics! Heather is incredibly sweet, intentional, and truly listens to what you want. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and cared for. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’m beyond happy with my visit and already so excited to go back! I met with Heather twice to get her advice on where to start with my dull skin. She had great suggestions and we started with a chemical peel. She gave great instructions prior and post peel. She followed up to check in which I really appreciated. Heather is knowledgeable and great to work with. I will definitely be making another appointment soon. I highly recommend HD Aesthetics.
If I could give Heather 10 stars, I absolutely would! Heather is the laser hair removal queen. I swear every appointment feels less like a beauty treatment and more like a mini spa date with your funniest, sweetest friend. She’s warm, professional, and somehow makes even the zappiest moments enjoyable. My skin has never been smoother, my confidence has never been higher, and honestly my only regret is not going to her sooner. She explains everything, makes you feel completely comfortable, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re even thinking about laser hair removal, stop scrolling and just book with Heather. She’s magical. ✨ 10/10 recommend. (And yes… I’m obsessed. And no… I’m not sorry.) 💁♀️
My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Heather is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly prioritizes patient comfort and safety. My provider performed a thorough consultation, carefully explained the treatment, and helped me choose what best suited my goals. The procedure was gentle and expertly done, and I appreciated how attentive the staff was throughout the entire process. The results are subtle, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for.
Heather is the GOAT. She is super knowledgable, personable and caring. I love that Heather is realistic and transparent! She doesn't push unnecessary services if she doesn't feel like it would be a good fit for you. She actually listens to her patients and it doesn't feel like a 'money grab' like a lot of other providers here in town. Services with other providers have felt rushed and impersonal. Before services are given, she is always up front with pricing and always tries to add additional discounts where she can! I don't get services done as often as I probably should. But when I have made appointments after a six month hiatus, Heather is still warm and welcoming. I will never go to another provider!!
