I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and Varsha and the Healing Hands team devised a treatment plan. By the end of the third month I had 85% mobility. I am so thankful for the care Varsha provided including physical therapy, needling, cupping, specific exercises and shockwave therapy. Their compassion and knowledge got me through a very challenging time. (Aggie)
Varsha and Jamie are life savers. They helped me regain mobility after a herniated disc. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced and very effective. The office is well equipped, including a Stemwave machine for acoustic treatment. I highly recommend!
If you want to feel recovery and no more pain or discomfort. This is the place for you. I had knee surgery back in July. I came out of surgery in more pain than I went in. I went to the recommended PT that is covered by insurance, which was Swift PT. I spent 2 months there. Two times a week. I was not getting better. Students worked on me and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. The pain ran up and down my entire leg. Like my muscles had seized up. Couldn’t sit comfortably, etc. I was also told by Swift that I was an extremely difficult case. I finally had enough and researched Healing Hands. From my first appointment with Varsha. She let me know that I was not a difficult case. That this is treatable. She made me feel like I finally had someone listening to me. It’s now December, and for the first time since July, I’m pain free! It was a long road to recovery. I only wish I would have found Varsha sooner. I wasted 2 months with Swift. Varsha took her time to find out what was the root cause of my pain. She really listened to me. Healing hands is not covered by insurance. Which is so unfortunate. This is a healthcare issue. Hopefully one day our healthcare system will pay attention to what works best. I will say it is worth every cent to have my life back. I recommend Healing Hands to everyone! It truly works!
Healing Hands Has helped me more than any other physical therapy practice I have been to. They personalized the care to my needs and understood my concerns. Varsha Is wonderful to work with. She tuned into my needs and got me feeling better quickly. She also helped with nutritional information and advice that helped me reassess my goals and make positive changes. The benefit of the stemwave is also a game changer. If you have aches and pains and your daily life is affected by that, I highly recommend visiting healing hands.
I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Jaemie truly has a gift for understanding human anatomy, and knowing how to help heal. Her dry needling and manipulations healed my frozen shoulder, she has also helped me with foot dysfunction and hip realignment. She’s helped me to understand how my body works, and she is an expert at releasing the fascia before getting my muscles and tissues to shift how they need to To help my body find its own pathway to healing. The Cranial Sacral healer named Honey Has blown me away. I had tried it several other times and thought it was woo, woo, and ineffective until I got to experience it by Honey,. I really believe that it has helped calm my central nervous system, which has helped with my gut health and overall well-being. Also, I have had great success using Stem Wave (eg A brand of shockwave therapy) for my frozen shoulder, broken wrist, and metatarsalgia. I come away from every session with great range of motion and simply feeling more aligned and healthier. Everyone is very friendly and easy to collaborate with via text, phone or email – whatever is the client’s preference.
