Great facility and exceptional customer service. We had a lovely relaxing experience here. They have a sauna and steam room that you can use before and after your treatment. I felt so pampered during my visit - it really made the experience special! Highly recommend
A Celebration of Life at the Fairmont Spa I cannot say enough about the incredible staff and service at the Fairmont Spa. This was more than just a spa day it was a celebration of life. After recently marking my second anniversary of being cancer free, and visiting my mom in Pittsburgh, I wanted to do something truly special for us. Having lost my dad and sister to cancer in 2004 and 2019, this day meant so much to both of us. From the very first phone call, Chloe set the tone for what would become an unforgettable experience. She was kind, compassionate, bubbly, and extremely knowledgeable. She never tried to upsell me on anything she simply provided clear information and let me make decisions. When I arrived, Chloe was just as warm and genuine in person, even giving me a tour of the facility after her shift ended, without ever rushing. On the day of our appointment, Chris at the front desk greeted us with friendliness and hospitality (I did not expect that from Ravens fan 😊). Cassandra provided me with the best massage I have ever experienced, while Jenna and Tia cared for my mom with such skill and gentleness, giving her both a massage and a facial. Their care for my elderly mother touched me deeply. I could not have asked for better hands to entrust her to. And then there’s Mackenzie Miller, the Spa Director, whose leadership shines through her team. She arranged a beautiful surprise for us: a table with flowers, fresh fruit, apple juice, and a heartfelt handwritten card that I will treasure forever. Even though Chloe was off the day of our appointment, she had emphasized how important this was, and Mackenzie ensured it was carried out in the most thoughtful way. The massages were transcendent, the staff went above and beyond, and the experience is one my mom and I will never forget. Words cannot fully express our gratitude. If you’re considering booking a session or even just a consultation, I can’t recommend the Fairmont Spa enough. You will not regret it.
Best spa in Pittsburgh!!! Love the dry and wet sauna rooms / the service is impeccable / I highly recommend the muscle melt massage and detox cocoon body treatment! Rhyan is wonderful !!!
I had an amazing experience at the Health Club and Spa. When I arrived I was able to park with valley which was validated by the spa. I was greeted by the kind staff and escorted to the nail room for my pedicure and polish change on my manicure. Kya was absolutely fantastic while doing my nails! She is kind, intelligent and was able to make recommendations to me while also making my experience fun and relaxing. I asked Kya to be creative for my nails and she did not disappoint! We decided together on ‘dirty martini’ inspired nail art. Not only was she fantastic but also fast! I got a complete pedicure and manicure in 2 hours! Will definitely return in the future! The entire staff was so lovely!
I feel really bad i don't remember the people at the front desk, but they were very friendly and made me feel extremely welcomed. The front desk lady showed me around and gave me my robe and slippers. She was informative and got me ready for my service. Rachel was the one doing it and she did a fantastic job with my facial breaking down the steps on what would be done, but let me relax as well only talked when it was time for the next product to be used. I was also told I was allowed to stay as long as I like to use the other amenities. Also they offered me a complimentary drink for my birthday. My experience was amazing. I highly recommend booking this if you really want to treat yourself, self care is important!
