I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marisa. She’s friendly, very knowledgeable, accommodating and oh so helpful. People over use the phrase, “you’re the best!” these days, but in my humble opinion, Marissa truly is “the best”! Marisa Is the model of someone who goes above and beyond. She looks for what is the best insurance for you and guides you every step of the way. If you need help filling out applications, she is there. When you talk about servicing the WHOLE person Marisa is that person. In a world where "customer service" is virtually non existent, Marisa is a breath of fresh air. We had a sick puppy dog and she shared resources and food to help him get better. She consistently checks with us through the year to see how we are doing and if she can be of service!
